Little Feet Nursery<\/strong><\/a> in Al Khalidiya is getting excited as we get closer to the 28th November!<\/span>\u00a0We invite you to join us in celebrating the UAE National Day. There will be fun activities and lots of joy for all our learners.<\/span>\u00a0The day does not only celebrate the holiday but also the rich heritage and culture of the United Arab Emirates.<\/span><\/p>\n

UAE National Day: Why Do We Celebrate It?<\/span><\/h1>\n

The UAE National Day celebrates the 1971 founding of the nation and unification of seven Emirates.<\/span>\u00a0This is a day to celebrate the UAE’s history, culture, and traditions.<\/span>\u00a0It’s a chance for our children to discover the values and culture that makes their country so special.<\/span><\/p>\n

What will Little Feet Nursery be doing on National Day?<\/span><\/h2>\n

We’ll host a celebration on November 28 that will be filled with fun activities for children.<\/span>\u00a0This is a sneak peek of the festivities:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Cultural Crafts:<\/strong> The children will take part in arts and crafts such as painting sand jars and making camel or falcon artwork.<\/span>\u00a0They can explore UAE culture through these activities in an interactive and fun manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. National Colors Day:<\/strong> We encourage our children to wear the UAE flag colors, red, black, white and green.<\/span>\u00a0The visual display helps to instill pride in the UAE flag in young children.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Storytelling Session:<\/strong> Teachers share stories from UAE history. From the first Bedouins to modern wonders, teachers will tell tales.<\/span>\u00a0Children can discover the history of their country through storytelling.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Traditional Music and Dance:<\/strong>\u00a0The little dancers can enjoy an energetic session of Emirati traditional music and dance. They will embrace the joyful spirit of UAE heritage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Special Treats:<\/strong>\u00a0The children will be served traditional Emirati snack foods, giving them an authentic taste of UAE flavors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
